White Bridge Auto Wash

Very disappointing experience. I paid $35 for Karl’s Wunder Wash, their highest full-service package, because I expected the car to be properly cleaned both inside and out. Unfortunately, the service was far below what they advertise. The vacuuming was terrible. They did not remove or properly move the floor mats to vacuum underneath them, and they did not vacuum the trunk, even though the $35 package specifically includes trunk vacuuming and cleaning the rubber mats. There was still visible dirt and dust in several areas, and I had to go back and ask them to vacuum the car a second time. The windows were also left dirty, and there was still dust on several interior surfaces. I had to personally point out multiple areas and ask them to wipe them again because the cleaning had clearly been rushed and poorly done. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the woman working on the car. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and unpleasant, acting as though she were doing us a favor rather than providing a service we had paid for. When we pointed out the areas that had been left dirty, her attitude became even more uncomfortable instead of simply addressing the problem pr

They were very quick and nice, but missed a lot of spots. I still had to take a rag and cleaner to the seats and doors to get up some spots where they missed. Just an extra 2 minutes could have made a wow factor.

Online and at the location it says they're open at 8am. I get there and no one is at the booth, I pull into a space and try calling, no answer, no message. Then an employee comes to my car and waved me to the booth. It's 5 minutes till 10am. There's a cone blocking the way. The guy in the booth is ignoring everyone is line. No sign saying they're opening at 10. I get out and ask the guy if they're open. Get one word "10" I'm like ? And again "10". I said the employee told me to come through, again just "10" in response. So I get back in and a few minutes later he moves the cone and is totally normal and asked what I wanted for a wash. I'm really glad I didn't show up at 8. There's no communication on some very basic things. They do a good job. Just kinda weird.

I have been coming to Whitebridge auto wash since 2016. When I found the spot, I instantly fell in love with not only how friendly and nice the staff were but also the excellence of the work. The last six months to one year, I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of service. Today was the final notch. I always pay for full service and include a tip. When I got back in today, I noticed that back had not even been wiped down or the cupholders even attempted to be vacuumed or cleaned. Sadly, will have to mark this one off the list from now on.

Great prices and always good service. If you have time to do a full detail I highly recommend it. Otherwise the basic full interior exterior is great. They have tons of people working so it goes really quickly. They have a shop with gifts, cards, snacks and drinks. There is also WiFi and a TV if you do a longer detail.
